I knew I wanted to do traditional Medicare but the supplement choices (for Medigap and Part D drug coverage) were a bit overwhelming. I sent Eric which prescriptions I get monthly plus brief summary of ongoing medical issues and he had recommendations for 2 or 3 of each and then worked with me on the phone to set them up once I decided. Highly Recommend!

Eric has been amazing to me for the past few years. A friend of mine, also utilizing the Marketplace, was paired with a woman who was less than helpful--she pretty much directed my friend to the website and told her how to log in. Eric doesn't do that. He has always taken the time to walk me through my options and help me actually pick the best plan for my needs. He truly is the best and I am so thankful for him!
