I knew I wanted to do traditional Medicare but the supplement choices (for Medigap and Part D drug coverage) were a bit overwhelming. I sent Eric which prescriptions I get monthly plus brief summary of ongoing medical issues and he had recommendations for 2 or 3 of each and then worked with me on the phone to set them up once I decided. Eric has been amazing to me for the past few years. A friend of mine, also utilizing the Marketplace, was paired with a woman who was less than helpful--she pretty much directed my friend to the website and told her how to log in.
